About this skill

Problem

When a hiring team has an authorized portrait and a role brief, it needs to turn each open position into a shareable spoken-video clip. @beatra-ai/hiring-avatar-studio is not a generic digital-human ad builder; it focuses on producing one role-specific hiring video from confirmed voice and approved imagery.

How It Works

The skill checks the portrait's MIME type, dimensions, aspect ratio, byte size, and alpha channel, then confirms image and voice rights. If voice cloning is required, it presents a voice_clone gate card and waits for balance confirmation before calling beatra.voices.clone and freezing the returned voice_id. If a confirmed voice sample already exists, it skips synthesis and proceeds to video admission.
For script-driven roles, it rewrites the role brief into readable narration without inventing salary, headcount, or benefits. It splits the content into supported segments, submits each through beatra.speech.synthesize or uses existing audio, then animates the portrait with beatra.videos.animate. Tasks are polled via beatra.tasks.get until final, and delivery includes actual size, duration, usage, and billing.net_charged_credits.

Boundaries

This skill fits hiring video use cases, not founder IP videos, course series, or one-off narrator shorts. Without image and voice authorization, it stops for confirmation. Unsupported audio formats must not be silently converted, and missing media facts, low balance, or lost payloads must be handled with staged frozen IDs and reconciliation.

Use Cases

  • HR has an authorized founder portrait and a role brief, and needs one spoken hiring video for each open position in the approved team style.
  • A founder has a clean 30-second single-speaker voice sample and wants to clone the voice after confirming balance, then generate a role introduction video for hiring.
  • The hiring narration exceeds the 15-second image-to-video limit, so the workflow must split it into supported TTS and video segments and deliver the clips in script order.
  • HR asks the process to stop for confirmation when image or voice authorization is missing, and collect the rights proof before any paid generation step.

Best For

  • Recruiting video or HR specialists who need to produce role-specific spoken hiring videos from an authorized portrait and role brief for multiple openings.
  • Founders or CEOs who want to turn their authorized portrait into job introduction videos and reuse a confirmed voice for new roles.
  • Hiring content operators who need to split role copy into readable segments and deliver clips labeled by role name.
  • HR business partners handling compliance who need to stop generation when image or voice authorization is missing and collect rights confirmation.
