AI Comic Drama Director

Problem

Turning a novel into a comic-drama episode requires more than rewriting dialogue. It also requires consistent pacing, character design, scene atmosphere, and shot planning. Manual prompts scattered across templates can cause mismatched character descriptions, missing scenes, props misclassified as characters or scenery, and shots that feel overpacked. This skill fixes the path into three workflows so that a single episode's text and storyboard assets follow the same structure.

How It Works

• Workflow 1: Script and element extraction: cleans the source, slices a 1,500-3,000-word episode, and outputs scene numbers, action lines, dialogue, narration, and OS, then generates character, scene, and prop cards.
• Workflow 2: Design prompts: outputs character, scene, and prop prompts based on art_style, covering Jimeng/Kling, Midjourney, SD/Flux formats, with constraints such as white background, three-view poses, and no characters in scenes.
• Workflow 3: Storyboard generation: converts the script into shootable shots, marks [static]/[visual], and concentrates [visual] on expression bursts, key actions, reveals, and ending hooks.

Note: defaults are 2D anime style and a 15-second standard storyboard; if the source exceeds 3,000 words, the visual style needs strict brand compliance, or the project moves into dubbing, editing, and final delivery, human review is still required.
