How it works
- Information collection: required fields are
subject,textbook version,grade,semester, andchapter; optional inputs include class periods, student level, special requirements, and uploaded templates. - Material search: it may use web search or a knowledge base to find textbook analysis, curriculum standards, recent exam questions or mock questions, and quality teaching examples; if a personal knowledge base is connected, it can also retrieve prior lesson plans.
- Template handling: after a template is uploaded, it reads and remembers the layout, then reuses it for later requests; without a template, it uses a standard 2024 curriculum format with AI-integration sections.
- Content generation: it fills basic information, teaching objectives, key points, preparation, teaching process, board design, and reflection, while attempting to include core competencies and AI-literacy goals.
- Document output: it produces a
.docxfile named by subject, version, grade, semester, and chapter; if a knowledge base is available, it can archive the file with tags.
Scope and caveats
- It is best for lesson planning with a clear textbook chapter, such as new lessons, practice classes, or review classes; it is not a general course-development tool when no chapter is defined.
