About this skill

Problem

Small businesses and sole proprietors are often asked to prove that operations are real, contracts match, invoices are valid, and funds form a closed loop. Records are scattered across PDFs, images, Excel files, and bank exports; manually checking amounts, dates, and counterparties can miss three-flow inconsistencies. Before a tax inspection or remediation, without a chain linking contracts, invoices, bank flows, and vouchers, risks are hard to locate quickly.

How It Works

The skill builds a checking chain around five flows: business flow, contract flow, invoice flow, funding flow, and financial flow. Input is centered on original files, supporting bank flows in CSV, Excel, and PDF; invoices in PDF, JPG, and PNG; contracts in PDF, Word, and images; plus project budgets and settlement files. Key steps include:
- Amount checks: runs addition, multiplication, and back-calculation on invoice and accounting images to catch mismatches between line items and totals.
- Five-flow matching: compares contracts with project budgets, invoices with contracts, bank flows with invoices, vouchers with bank flows, and filings with books.
- Risk checks: covers invoice authenticity, three-flow consistency, abnormal tax burden, cost-to-revenue ratios, and abnormal receivables/payables.
- Remediation and archiving: produces policy, operation, and document-level plans, and stores project, contract, invoice, and report records.
- Self-learning sync: records keywords and thresholds in data/five_flow_learn.json; lib/learn_sync.py can upload, query, merge, or show sync status.

Boundaries

It fits sole proprietors, sole proprietorships, small-scale taxpayers, and microbusinesses for routine compliance self-checks. It is not a substitute for tax advisor opinions and is not suitable for complex cross-border transactions, multi-entity consolidated reporting, or disputes. Results depend on the completeness and readability of uploaded files; blurred images, missing contracts, or absent bank receipts require manual review.

Use Cases

  • A sole proprietor receiving a three-flow inconsistency notice and needing to assemble contract, invoice, and bank evidence.
  • A small-scale taxpayer checking monthly whether purchase contracts, sales invoices, and bank receipts match.
  • A bookkeeper preparing tax inspection materials, verifying invoice authenticity, and collecting two-year contracts and statements.
  • A microbusiness building a compliance system and drafting a risk remediation plan at policy, operation, and document levels.

Best For

  • Sole proprietors: often using personal accounts and needing to align contracts, invoices, and bank flows.
  • Small-scale taxpayers: need to manage abnormal tax burden and prepare tax inspection materials.
  • Bookkeeping accountants: need to reconcile business, invoice, and funding flows across multiple clients.
  • Small business finance staff: need to build five-flow controls and produce remediation plans.
