About this skill

Problem

  • Meeting setup often means extracting time, topic, and participants from casual language, then manually creating calendar entries and announcements
  • Phrases like “10 a.m. tomorrow” and “loop in product and engineering” have uneven fields and easy-to-miss details

How It Works

  • Parsing: extract topic, datetime, duration, and participants from one sentence
  • Confirmation: mark inferred or missing fields as [inferred] / [needs confirmation] and show a summary before generating files
  • Calendar: use a connected platform connector when available, otherwise generate an RFC 5545 .ics file
  • Template: fill a Markdown meeting note with an agenda + decisions + todos structure
  • Scope: intended for a quick single meeting, not for complex schedule management

Boundaries

  • Supports one-off meetings only; no recurring meetings, edits, or batch creation
  • Does not notify attendees automatically or detect calendar conflicts
  • Optimized for Chinese natural-language input; English input falls back

Use Cases

  • Quickly extract time and attendees from casual requests to generate an agenda-based Markdown note template.
  • Create a standalone standup meeting in natural language and export an .ics file compatible with Apple Calendar.
  • Parse ambiguous time expressions like 'tomorrow afternoon' to auto-generate calendar files and meeting templates.
  • Connect Feishu to create calendar events with meeting links, pre-filling agenda and action item tables.

Best For

  • Project managers initiating ad-hoc meetings who need to extract details from casual language and generate structured notes.
  • Engineers without calendar API access who want to create meetings in natural language and export .ics files.
  • Frontend leads running agile standups who need to quickly generate progress-sync templates with action item tables.
  • Operations staff who express requirements in colloquial Chinese and want the system to auto-generate meeting materials.
