Problem

Publishing a WeChat public-account article usually touches topic research, fact checking, drafting, image selection, Markdown formatting, and wenyan publication. Doing this by hand can easily miss hot-topic verification, break on remote image links, or produce a draft that reads too formulaic. This skill targets the full publication workflow rather than only generating an article outline.

How it works

• Hot topic discovery: It searches Baidu hot search, Toutiao hot topics, or reliable aggregators, then presents 10 topic options with heat context, article angle, and publishing risk.
• Source verification: After the user selects a topic, it verifies dates, event context, and key quotes using official releases, mainstream reporting, interviews, speeches, or data pages.
• Drafting and humanizing: It writes a full first draft with a title, hook, subheads, analysis, closing, and source list, then runs a mandatory humanizer pass to reduce stiff AI-summary phrasing.
• Image localization: It selects 3 to 5 strongly relevant images from reporting or official pages, downloads them to local relative paths, and lets wenyan upload them to reduce hotlink failures.
• Publication output: It assembles Wenyan-compatible Markdown, publishes to the WeChat draft box by default, and returns the file path and Media ID.

Boundaries and cautions

This is useful for research-backed WeChat public-account publishing. It is not intended for generic blog posts, copy-only editing, chat replies, or customer-service language. The 10-topic selection step should not be skipped unless the user explicitly provides a final topic. If publishing fails, check remote image instability, local credentials, or the wenyan environment.
