About this skill
Problem
Stock news analysis is hard when sentiment feeds contain a lot of generated market updates, notice titles do not reliably reveal importance, and research reports are reduced to headlines. Treating all of these inputs equally can turn stale items, noise, and duplicated stories into false catalysts.
How It Works
The skill processes news sentiment, notice, and report data in a structured way:
- Filters noise first: removes automated intraday quotes, margin-data posts, and unrelated market news, then keeps valid sentiment items.
- Uses the columns field to rank notices: prioritizes performance flashes, earnings previews, major contracts, and similar categories instead of relying only on title keywords.
- Analyzes research rating and EPS trends: summarizes rating distribution, detects upgrades or downgrades from the same institution, and compares current-year and next-year EPS forecasts.
- Scores items by direction, source, and recency: weights official notices, institutional reports, mainstream media, and self-media differently, then orders the results for a traceable news-side conclusion.
Boundaries
It is best suited for A-share individual-stock sentiment, notice, and research catalyst analysis. It should not be used for non-A-share assets, and it is not a substitute for detailed financial analysis or pure technical-indicator explanation. If the stock code is missing or uncertain, confirm the target first.
Use Cases
- When doing an intraday or post-close review of an A-share stock, use recent sentiment, notices, and reports to judge whether the news is net bullish or bearish.
- Before drafting a daily stock tracking report, aggregate valid news, notices, and research items and rank the top five highest-impact events.
- When interpreting a specific announcement or research note, use columns, rating, and EPS fields to assess importance, direction, and strength.
- When tracking institutional views, compare prior and latest research ratings and changes in current-year or next-year EPS forecasts for the same issuer.
Best For
- A-share research analysts who need a quick read on whether a stock's recent news flow is bullish or bearish before the open.
- Financial editors drafting stock reports who need to turn sentiment, notices, and research notes into a ranked event list for publication.
- Event-driven investors who need to track earnings previews, major contracts, regulatory items, and institutional rating changes around a specific A-share stock.
- Strategy engineers who need structured signals from notice columns, report ratings, EPS forecasts, and recency-weighted news scoring for model inputs.
