dsh-queue-first-enter

By default, dsh queues any message typed while an agent is busy, so the model does not see it until the current turn finishes. If you only want to slip the first queued message into the running turn without steering the whole queue, there was no lightweight gesture for that. dsh-queue-first-enter fills the gap: clear the composer, press Enter, and the first queued message is handed to the model at the next step boundary of the in-progress turn. The rest of the queue keeps its order, untouched.

Delivery is a strict steer. The message joins the running turn at its next step boundary; it does not interrupt the turn, does not start a new one, and makes no network calls. If the turn ends in the same instant or the queue item has already been claimed, the operation fails silently and the message stays in the queue with no side effects. The Ctrl/Cmd+Enter shortcut retains its built-in meaning of steering all queued messages, so you can pick between the two granularities at will.

Aimed at developers who interact with agents at high frequency and often need to course-correct mid-run. Picture the agent deep in a long task while you recall a supplementary instruction. Pressing Enter with an empty composer is more restrained than steering everything and timelier than waiting for the turn to end. The toggle lives under Settings > General, is on by default, and the label copy follows the active interface language in either English or Simplified Chinese.
