DSH agents often need real-time web and social search, yet the usual options force you into a separate browser results panel or lock you into a single hardcoded search source. dsh-search-hub injects multi-channel search directly into the agent toolchain, returning results as formatted inline tool text that the agent consumes within the same conversation context.

Three channels are available: free Exa anonymous semantic search for long-tail and Japanese queries, free DuckDuckGo Lite as a basic fallback, and the paid xAI Grok channel for X/Twitter real-time signals and deeper semantic coverage. The multi_search tool runs selected channels concurrently, defaulting to the free pair; upgrade to Grok explicitly when social-platform signal or broader recall justifies the per-query cost. API keys are stored through configure_key into DSH credentials with no plaintext echo, and check_balance reports only in-process observed usage rather than fabricating an account balance.
