Running multi-provider agent tasks is rarely hard on the task itself; the real pain is not knowing when it finishes and how many tokens were spent. dsh-task-notice folds both concerns into the DeepSeek Harness web UI: when an agent completes a round or a goal, a toast appears immediately and the message is pushed to the Windows Action Center via the Web Notifications API, with a breakdown of cache-hit input, non-cache input, output, and cost. Notifications still arrive even if the tab is minimised.

Usage accounting and pricing are the other half. Every call's usage is attributed to its Provider ID, with eight time-range presets from 24 hours to one year and per-model drill-down columns for cache-hit, non-cache, and output tokens. Pricing merges the same model across providers into a single line backed by a built-in directory of over 200 official prices refreshed from the 2026-09 reference sheet. Peak/off-peak rules support per-day schedules, custom time zones, and either multiplier or explicit per-field peak prices; a Provider-level multiplier scales final costs further. Token Plan subscriptions get a payback tracker with TID-scoped cycles, a cost-effectiveness ranking, and a 402/429 pending-confirmation banner with a temporary ledger so renewals never corrupt running totals.

Built for developers who juggle multiple keys and providers, mix pay-as-you-go with subscription plans, and need real-time cost visibility. All data stays local, no extra service is required, and everything lives under Settings, Task Notices and Usage.
