During long stretches of conversation, the model occasionally slips a "hmm" into its reasoning trace or visible reply — a tiny beat that just flickers by as text and vanishes. dsh-villager-hmm turns each of those moments into an audible hum: a draggable Minecraft villager stands in the top-right corner, bobbing its head every time a match fires, as if it just high-fived you. The floating panel bundles pause, volume, stream switching, and the matcher toggle, all re-rendering automatically when the interface language switches between English and Chinese. Collapsed, it shrinks to a 36x40 face crop; one click brings the full figure back. No game assets are bundled in the package — a one-time local fetch sets up a per-user cache that survives plugin upgrades and takes effect on a simple page reload, with no harness restart required.

The matcher watches both the reasoning-delta channel and the visible reply stream by default, so it works out of the box with models that do not expose a separate thinking channel. The panel's Reasoning counter makes it easy to confirm whether your model actually streams reasoning tokens, letting you narrow the scope once you have verified the channel exists. Configuration lives in a single patch file and is also editable directly from the floating panel, keeping the learning curve nearly flat.
