agent-discord-presence bridges that gap with a single local service. It tracks the active session across supported agents, asks the current model to distill the work into a short title, status line, and elapsed timer, then pushes the result straight into Discord Rich Presence. Stale sessions are pruned automatically, dropped connections are re-established, and when several agents run side by side each one keeps its own model, prompt style, and display settings without stepping on the others.
