In between, there is no cross-turn, cross-session progress board with percents and evidence. dsh-rich-tracking fills that gap in the conversation dock (order 5, below the todo pill), keeping multi-turn tasks and multi-session milestones visible, traceable, and actionable.\n\nThree pillars drive the design: honest progress, host-level checkpoints, and operator whip-actions. Every row percent must be grounded in artifact truth (plan checkboxes, landed receipts, verified readbacks), and the schema enforces that any non-zero percent carries evidence (paths plus checked/total). Checkpoints are captured by the host from git branch, HEAD, and dirty state, so the model never types git facts by hand.
