When you are juggling long-running sessions and several background jobs in parallel, the annoying part is that the bottom-right corner of the screen says nothing. You cannot tell at a glance how many sessions are still alive, how many tasks are spinning, and what is left on each provider quota, so you end up switching windows to check.

dsh-account-balance folds all of that into one persistent status card pinned to the bottom-right. A status dot is followed by either Idle or N sessions and M tasks, polled every three seconds. GLM and KIMI each get a row with two 5 px quota bars for the five-hour window and the weekly allowance, colouring from green through amber to red as the remainder shrinks. OR and DS show a balance figure with a detail line. Rows without a credential render a dash with a tooltip reason instead of crashing, and wire-format drift degrades to a no-data state rather than an error, so a provider API change will not interrupt your workflow.

It is aimed at Harness users who run many concurrent sessions, keep multiple background jobs alive, and subscribe to several model providers at once. The card is purely browser-side UI: zero model calls, zero token cost, no KV-Cache impact, and it survives page refreshes as a composition row, staying completely transparent to the prompt pipeline.
