About this plugin
Every time you expand the Think panel in DeepSeek Harness Web and watch DeepSeek Lightning power through its reasoning text, the words scroll past faster than you can read them. dsh-matrix-think was built for exactly that moment: it renders the live reasoning stream as a Matrix-style digital rain animation, turning a wall of fast-scrolling text into a visual spectacle you can actually enjoy while the model works.
Each whitespace-delimited word becomes its own vertical rain column—the first letter drops ahead, the rest trail behind in order—and the next word enters the queue only after the current stream clears the canvas. When reasoning stops, the rain halts and the words settle into sentence order. The canvas pulls its font, background, grey, and deep-diving blue straight from DSH theme tokens so the effect always matches the surrounding UI. Every em dash in the model's thinking turns into a small whale emoji, purely for fun.
The entire plugin runs in the browser: no network requests, no data leaves the page, and there is no host-side behavior. It is a lightweight, zero-config visual garnish for anyone who already uses DSH Web with DeepSeek for daily reasoning tasks and wants a little extra delight during the model's thinking phase. Flip on the Matrix Think switch under Settings then Plugins and let the rain do the talking.
