The Laoboshi DSH desktop client previously had no built-in way to browse or preview workspace files, so users had to leave the environment and open a system file manager every time they wanted to check a directory tree or glance at a file. That constant context switching breaks the flow of work. This plugin embeds a file manager directly inside the DSH interface, bringing file exploration back into your workspace.

The v0.1.0 interface is built on native host capabilities supplied by Laoboshi Desktop, which means file listing and preview are rendered by OS-level components for a smooth, system-consistent experience. On a stock DSH Web deployment a compatibility notice appears in place of the full UI, so the plugin is designed primarily for the desktop client. The capability was originally built into Laoboshi Agent Studio and has since been extracted into a standalone plugin by its author, Modole.
