The official DeepSeek Harness language menu has long lacked an option that actually "speaks" the way Taiwan users expect. dsh-zh-hant-tw fills that gap by adding 繁體中文 to the language list and, more importantly, calibrating every UI string to match Taiwanese conventions: 設置 becomes 設定, 智能體 becomes 代理, 保存 becomes 儲存, 搜索 becomes 搜尋—an approximately 90-entry phrase table that reads naturally on a localised interface.
Product terms such as Agent, skill, Think, plan mode, and API Key are deliberately kept in English, in line with the mixed-language norm in Taiwan's software UIs. Only the interface "chrome" is rewritten; user-side conversation content is never touched. The selection persists to settings.yaml across restarts, and the plugin can be removed at any time.
This is a one-shot, unmaintained (as-is) release adapted from dsh-zh-hant-hk (MIT). It suits individual users or small teams who already use DeepSeek Harness and want a set of genuinely Taiwanese-flavoured Traditional Chinese strings. If you prefer Hong Kong wording, reach for the original plugin dsh-zh-hant-hk instead.
