When you spend long sessions in the DSH Web interface, the least glamorous question keeps creeping in: how much credit do I actually have left, and is right now a peak or off-peak window? dsh-web-quota-meter pins a tiny meter to the bottom-right corner of the page and answers all three questions at a glance. Live balance is pulled from the official DeepSeek user-balance endpoint; today's estimated spend is computed locally as the difference between the baseline balance (captured at your custom business-day reset, 05:00 by default) and the current figure; and a coloured badge tells you whether you are inside a peak slot (9:00–12:00 or 14:00–18:00 Beijing time) or an off-peak one. Collapsed, it shrinks to a single line of numbers and a badge; expanded, it opens into a short explainer card.

The plugin ships as a proper DSH bundle—host plugin, pre-built client package, and a cordis patch—so once installed it loads automatically on every dsh web start, persists your API key in the official credentials store, and can be removed with one command. A dynamic-plugin path also exists for a quick in-process trial without touching your profile config at all. No hard-coded secrets live anywhere in the source.

If you run high-volume prompts through DSH Web, batch jobs where peak vs off-peak pricing actually moves your monthly bill, or you simply prefer not to context-switch to a browser tab to check your balance, this is a low-effort, high-clarity add-on. MIT-licensed, dependency-light, and honest about its local-estimation caveats (recharge detection, baseline reset after restart).
