DeepSeek Harness ships a perfectly functional UI that also looks like every other generic tool: rounded corners, gradient accents, stacked shadows. dsh-nothing-skin strips that away and replaces it with Nothing Phone's restrained industrial design language. A 16 px dot-matrix grid lays the foundation, Space Grotesk and Space Mono (both from Colophon) handle all typography, the palette is strictly grayscale with a single signal-red (#D71921) accent, and every radius and shadow is removed to zero. Light mode lands on warm paper white, dark mode on true OLED black — both deliberately designed, not auto-inverted.

Beyond the base reskin, the plugin ships a full wallpaper layer: pick an image file, a remote URL, or a CSS gradient. Canvas and sidebar opacity are independently adjustable, a 0–60 px blur softens the background just enough, and an optional auto-dim darkens the wallpaper while a task is running so text stays readable. All eight visual toggles, every wallpaper parameter, font loading, and even the tab-title text live under Settings → Nothing Skin, flip instantly, and persist across restarts via localStorage and a local JSON file.
