About this plugin
The + button in DeepSeek Harness Web Client only opens the slash-command menu, and the @ autocomplete is designed to reach files inside the project directory only. When you need to attach several source files from different folders at once, reference material outside the project, or confirm the dimensions of pasted screenshots one by one, those workflows either require retyping paths or are simply unavailable.
dsh-add-assets turns that single + into an options plate: add files, add folders, upload from this device, and slash command, each with its own keyboard shortcut. The picker supports multi-select across directories and across scopes, so you can grab two files from the project and one from ~/Downloads in a single gesture. Selected paths appear in the draft as inline chips (for example a file named background.ts) while the full path rides along as hidden serialized text for the model. Attached images show as cards with format, dimensions, and file size, with a full-size preview you can page through.
Built for developers who manage attachments frequently in the Harness Web Client: those who regularly reference multiple files, organize context across directories, or prefer a visual way to confirm attached assets.
Use Cases
- Attaching files from multiple directories to a conversation draft in one gesture
- Referencing local files outside the project directory as context
- Previewing and confirming attached image dimensions and formats via cards
Best For
- Developers who frequently reference multiple files in the Harness Web Client
- Engineers who organize conversation context across directories
- DeepSeek users who prefer visual confirmation of attached assets
