About this plugin

Writing long-form fiction inside DSH is rarely about typing — it is about context management. Drop a character sheet into the composer and the native @path only hints the model to go and read it; dragging a file from the file manager strips the drive path; and the moment context overflows, the old session plot must be recited by hand into a new window. luxueliu-dsh-story closes all four gaps in one plugin: drag-in reference material, hand off the plot, export a clean transcript, and archive reusable cards — plus a set of type-to-expand writing cues that turn DSH into a full-length writing workstation.

In practice: drop a .md, .txt, or .yml file into the composer and its body is injected as fenced context in the very same message, with no extra tool-call round-trip. /gemini-sum produces a structured plot-handoff summary — who is where, what happened, what is unresolved, the last beat — so you can close the old window and pick up in a fresh one. /out strips every tool call and code fragment from the session and outputs a clean dialogue transcript; /out name writes it straight to the finished-drafts folder. /sum character-sheet: description (or world-bible: description) archives long-term setting documents as dated Markdown back into your assets folder. On top of that, /cue and inline tags like [forum], [british], [cinematic], [light-novel] expand into full writing specifications right in the input box, saving you from retyping conventions every session.

Built for authors who use DSH for serial fiction, forum-roleplay, group-chat narratives, or any multi-character long-form project: drag once, type one slash command, swap one tag, and the entire writing loop is covered — no need to juggle four separate workflows.

Use Cases

  • Drag story bibles into the composer to inject full text as fenced context in the same message
  • When context overflows, run /gemini-sum for a structured plot handoff and continue in a fresh window
  • Export a clean transcript with /out and archive long-term settings as dated Markdown with /sum

Best For

  • Authors writing serial fiction, forum-roleplay, or group-chat narratives in DSH
  • Creators who manage multiple character sheets and world-bible documents on a regular basis
  • Writers who want a minimal-ops loop for context injection, plot handoff, export, and archival
