About this plugin

Doing equity research inside a coding agent used to mean hand-crafting prompts, juggling multiple tools, and stitching conclusions together by hand. AIResearch collapses six research lenses — supply chain and value flow, fundamentals, macro, technicals, sentiment and positioning, and risk matrix and conviction — into a single command that returns one integrated report, with no lens-picking and no multi-turn back-and-forth.

Data integrity is protected by four layers. Entity resolution locks every query to a verified listed ticker before any data fetch. RSI, MACD, and moving averages are computed deterministically from raw OHLCV bars, never LLM-estimated. GAAP fundamentals are pulled live with source attribution. If the MCP server is unreachable, skills fall back to web search with a visible warning. No indicator is ever guessed.

Built for investors, traders, and analysts who already live in Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or DeepSeek Harness. It works out of the box with no API key required, and an optional Pro data layer adds real-time quotes and GAAP fundamentals when you are ready. The plugin is decision-support only — it never places, modifies, or cancals orders.
