The default theme of DeepSeek Harness works, but if you want a look that is genuinely yours without hand-tweaking every CSS variable, dsh-image-skin was built for that. Pick any image as your background and the plugin extracts its dominant and average colors, then derives a complete set of theme tokens—backgrounds, text hierarchy, brand color, borders, buttons, code blocks, sidebar—across both light and dark modes, with zero manual color work.

Built-in WCAG relative-luminance checks keep things legible: primary text must hit at least 4.5:1 against its surface, secondary text at least 3:1; anything short is nudge-adjusted automatically. An opacity slider, three image-fit modes (cover, contain, stretch), and a hue-tinted scrim veil keep even busy pictures readable. Turn on the follow-image switch and bright photos get the light scheme, dark photos the dark scheme; switching it off or removing the skin restores your prior preference without overwriting your durable setting.

For anyone who wants to say goodbye to the factory-default DSH look without investing time in theme engineering. The settings page follows the DSH language in both Chinese and English, and all image and option data persists in localStorage—reload and everything is back, with no follow-up maintenance.
