Compared to the upstream release, this enhanced fork closes two practical gaps: the session you are actively viewing now also triggers a [Done] reminder when it transitions from running to idle (upstream only flagged non-selected sessions), and visiting a finished session automatically clears its stale [Done] marker so you are not greeted by a wall of outdated green. Amber means waiting for input (a question, an approval prompt, or a plan-mode review); green means completed and unread. All logic lives inside the client bundle, with no host code or extra transports required.
