What you actually want is a companion that grows alongside your agent. dsh-pet-evolve hands the growth logic back to real work signals: every rule verification, finished session, tool call, and context compaction becomes experience, and the creature morphs from egg to legend across five stages, rendered live on a local canvas.

The core loop is deliberately simple. Once you bind the plugin to a DSH profile it starts a zero-dependency server on port 4173 by default, reads session logs and dsh-rule-evolve rule libraries, and accumulates XP on your behalf. One hundred XP earns a level; thresholds at 300, 800, 1600, and 3000 unlock the baby, teen, adult, and legend stages. Finishing a focus timer grants a bonus of +5 XP, and syncing dsh-rule-evolve evolution logs adds another +5 per round. When the numbers feel right, a single click exports a 1200 by 630 PNG growth card ready for social sharing.
