About this plugin
The default Harness chat window is clean but starts to feel bare after a while. dsh-diorama adds two fully illustrated character skins with matching reaction stickers: Snow no Warm Daily (school-uniform and magazine-style sprites with three stickers) and Hidden Chronica (white-haired and witch sprites with two stickers). A small dropdown in the bottom-right corner swaps skins or reverts to the official default at any time.
Beyond static skins, every sprite and sticker is fully editable in the decoration board. Drag to reposition, use handles to scale, rotate, tweak opacity, fine-tune numeric coordinates, and toggle top/bottom or left/right anchoring. If no bundled asset fits your taste, upload your own images. Finished a layout? Export it as a single JSON decoration pack; a friend imports the file, the corresponding skin activates automatically, the board opens, and they can keep adjusting. All choices persist in localStorage across refreshes.
