About this plugin

The default DSH Web GUI is clean but a bit plain. dsh-mcskin is a drop-in Minecraft-themed skin that adds pixel-art charm without a single line of custom CSS. A 6-px grass strip runs along the top edge, the sidebar gains a biome-gradient band, a 35%-opacity creeper face drifts into the bottom-right corner, the new-session button becomes an iron pickaxe framed in oak, the send button turns into an iron sword, and even the close glyph on the settings panel is replaced by a tiny creeper face.

Six full themes ship across three styles -- Classic (grass-block green, cobblestone, dirt), Modern (oak, paper, emerald), and End (end stone, dragon purple, void) -- each available in a light (day) and a dark (night) variant. Every theme is derived from one semantic palette and expands into 70+ CSS custom properties, so all decorations follow the active theme tokens automatically. A new 3-by-2 card picker under Settings lets you switch themes with a single click; the selection persists in localStorage across sessions.

This plugin is ideal for Minecraft fans who want their DSH interface to feel like a blocky base, as well as for developers who enjoy the Press Start 2P pixel font, biome-inspired color palettes, and pixel-art iconography. Install it in any active DSH session and toggle themes from the settings page instantly.

Use Cases

  • Give the DSH interface a blocky-base feel
  • Switch between day and night palettes per biome style
  • Replace default control icons with pixel-art counterparts

Best For

  • Minecraft fans who enjoy pixel-art aesthetics
  • Developers with a taste for themed palettes and UI decorations
  • Users who want zero-config one-click DSH reskinning
