It tracks local DSH sessions in real time and automatically cycles through six expressive states — idle with a gentle breath and occasional blink, busy, waiting on your confirmation, erroring, happy for a brief moment after a round completes, and dozing when both the agent and your cursor are still. It is a genuine macOS window, not a web-page widget, and it covers fullscreen apps. Zero dependencies: no build step, no external libraries, just system Python, and nothing is ever sent to a remote server. A right-click menu lets you browse sessions, toggle do-not-disturb, and switch among seven bundled skins, each with three animation frames per state. A built-in skin skill lets you hand a single photo to your agent and expand it into a full eighteen-frame set using your own image tool and quota; finished skins live in a local directory so plugin upgrades never wipe them.
