About this plugin
Managing multiple workspaces in DSH Desktop can feel fragmented: adding a new workspace, switching between the default and custom ones, and receiving updates each live in a separate flow. PackHub Workbench Assistant unifies these steps into a single desktop experience. Enter a workbench code to add a workspace, switch seamlessly between installed workspaces, and receive updates—all without leaving the app.
Security is a first-class design goal. The plugin never reads model API keys and carries no model quota. Workspace content is delivered through the independent PackHub service with digital signatures; during installation the plugin verifies service identity, package signatures, and file integrity before applying anything. Note that PackHub has no corporate or official affiliation with DeepSeek AI or DSH Desktop—this is a standalone third-party tool.
Current compatibility covers DSH Desktop 2.0.2 and DeepSeek Harness 0.1.1-rc.2. Still in its initial compatibility phase, the plugin will refuse to modify profiles on unverified DSH versions to protect user data. If you depend on DSH Desktop to juggle several workspaces and value signed, verifiable delivery, PackHub Workbench Assistant is built for you.
