The DSH Quote Selection plugin addresses this issue by adding a "Quote to Input Box" button directly in the DSH Web chat. Users can select any text from a message, click the button, and it will instantly populate the input box without leaving the conversation. The input box shows only a brief preview of the quote to avoid clutter, but the full original text is automatically included when the message is sent, ensuring no information is lost. The button text adapts to the interface language (Chinese or English), and multiple quotes can be added to a single message for greater flexibility.
