Introduction

The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin ecosystem includes not only functional logic but also supports visual customization of the interface. This plugin provides DSH with a complete Arknights visual style by overriding CSS variables and injecting decorative DOM elements, including a Rhodes Island-style background, a cyan HUD, particle animations, and an atom model icon.

Core Features

  • Palette and Panels: Overrides both the --dsw-alias-* and shadcn variable systems to create dark glass panels while letting the background image show through.
  • Particle System: Renders 90 small cyan light points and implements upward drift, swaying, and blinking effects frame by frame using Canvas.
  • Breathing Effects: Includes ghost-style ARKNIGHTS large text, phase-shifted four-corner HUD brackets, cyan geometric blocks, and slow rotation of the core badge.
  • Light Sweep Effect: A cyan highlight sweeps diagonally across the topmost layer of the full screen on a 9-second cycle.
  • HUD Decorations: Includes scrolling hexadecimal readouts (160ms), vertical text on the left and right edges, scale bars, a right-edge scale column, grid coordinates, a crosshair, a version stamp, a TERRA line, an R.I. badge watermark, a logo subtitle, and a bilingual WORKSPACE label (maintained and injected by a 900ms scanner).
  • Component Details: The user badge on the Send button uses a borderless design, scaling up and brightening on focus; the input card features a thin border and a top cyan accent line.
  • Deep Thinking Icon: During the “Deep Thinking / Thinking / Thinking Completed” states, it is automatically replaced by a three-orbit atom model, with the electrons orbiting at periods of 2.6s, 3.6s, and 4.4s.

Installation and Enabling

Prerequisites: Node.js and pnpm are installed in a Windows environment, and DSH Desktop has been launched at least once (~/.dsh has been generated).

It is recommended to install it in one click using the script:

The script automatically: copies the plugin to ~/.dsh/plugins/dsh-arknights-skin → registers the two web / desktop Profiles → runs pnpm install. After it finishes, restart DSH Desktop.

Applicable Scenarios and Notes

  • Functional Scope: This plugin only injects styles and decorative DOM elements; it contains no functional logic and has no dependency on functional plugins (such as infinite-gen-4, etc.).
  • Compatibility: Similar skin plugins (which all modify body attributes) override each other, so it is recommended to use only one at a time. DSH shell pages (such as the “Set up DSH Desktop” wizard for creating a new Profile and the restart confirmation dialog) do not use the Profile’s web bundle, so the skin cannot be injected and the official white background is retained.
  • Maintenance Guide: The theme has three layers (variable layer, structure layer, and class-name layer). If some styles stop working after upgrading DSH, use DevTools to inspect the corresponding class or data attribute, add the missing selectors in build.py, and rebuild.

This plugin is self-contained; all assets are embedded as base64, and no other plugins need to be installed.
