Introduction¶
DeepSeek Harness uses a plugin-based architecture and supports deep customization of the interface. For developers who spend long periods working in the interface, a consistent visual style improves the experience. dsh-theme-escook is a theme ported from the VS Code escook theme, designed to provide a dark night-sky palette with amber-gold highlights for DeepSeek Harness’s Web GUI and desktop clients.
Plugin Positioning¶
This is a theme plugin maintained by Simon-yyy. Based on the classic escook color scheme, it applies a deep blue-gray background and amber-gold accents across DSH’s entire UI, supporting code syntax highlighting and live UI theme switching.
Core Features¶
- Signature Dark Aesthetics: Uses midnight blue (
#1f2430) as the base color and amber gold (#ffcc66) for highlights, recreating the classic color scheme of the VS Code escook theme. - Syntax Highlighting: Improves code readability by using pink keywords, cyan functions, mint-colored strings, and amber numbers.
- Full UI Coverage: Covers UI components such as sidebars, chat bubbles, settings panels, marketplace cards, and scrollbars.
- Live Hot Toggle: Switch instantly in the DSH theme marketplace tab without restarting the service.
