Introduction¶
The plugin architecture of DeepSeek Harness (DSH) allows agents to extend capabilities and call external services. For users who need to sync execution results to their phones in real time, pushing messages to the Huawei Today page (“Today” / Intelligent Assistant · Today) is a typical requirement. This plugin uses the DSH agent to convert task completion messages into service cards on the Today page, solving the information sync issue between the agent and the mobile device.
Plugin Introduction¶
This is the entity-him/dsh-hiboard-push plugin. It is used to push task completion messages from the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) agent as service cards to the Huawei HarmonyOS Today page. The plugin is wire-compatible with the today-task skill of OpenClaw, using the same upload endpoint, payload protocol, and card rendering rules, so the same authCode can be reused.
Installation¶
Run the following command in the terminal to install the plugin:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:Entity-Him/dsh-hiboard-push
Configure Connection¶
The plugin uses the authCode of the Huawei Today page for authentication. The configuration steps are as follows:
-
Obtain the
authCodeon the phone:
- Open the Today page (assistant-today).
- Go to “Me” → “Dynamic Management” → “Linked Accounts” → “Claw Agent”.
- Copy the displayed authorization code. -
Configure the code in the terminal:
dsh-hiboard-auth your-auth-code
This command writes the code to ~/.dsh/hiboard-auth.env (file permissions set to 600).
Alternatively, set the environment variable directly:
export DSH_HIBOARD_AUTH_CODE=your-auth-code
After configuration, restart the DSH process to apply the changes.
Core Features¶
The plugin registers two tools for sending cards and verifying connectivity.
hiboard_push¶
This tool is used to build and send task cards. The parameters are described as follows:
| Parameter | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
name |
✅ | Task name; used as the card title, scheduleTaskName, and summary. |
content |
✅ | Body content in Markdown format (≤ 5000 characters); rendered as-is on the card. |
result |
❌ | Result summary/status label; defaults to “Task completed”. |
schedule_id |
❌ | Periodic task ID; keeping the same ID groups repeated cards. |
dry_run |
❌ | Build and validate the payload in a simulation without sending a message (authCode not required). |
The card style changes based on the parameters provided:
* Standard task card: includes name, content, and result.
* Periodic task card: includes schedule_id in addition to the standard card fields.
* Summary-only card: includes only name and result; does not include content.
hiboard_verify¶
This tool is used for an end-to-end connection test. It sends a card named “dsh connection test” to confirm that the authCode and network path are valid.
Typical Usage¶
- Connection test: Call the tool in a DSH chat to verify the configuration:
call hiboard_verify
If the phone receives the “dsh connection test” card, the configuration is successful.
- Task push: Call
hiboard_pushin the agent logic.
call hiboard_push with name="代码审查", content="# 审查结果\n通过", result="已完成"
Afterward, the card will appear in the Today card feed on the phone.
Notes¶
- Credential Security:
authCodeis a personal credential. Anyone holding this code can push cards to your Today page. Do not paste it into group chats or commit it to code repositories. - Markdown Limit: The Markdown content in the
contentfield must not exceed 5000 characters. - Runtime Permissions: The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process. Check the source code and license (MIT) before installation.
- Dependencies: The plugin does not include a client UI. It uses the Node.js built-in
fetchfor underlying HTTP communication.
Summary¶
This plugin provides DSH agents with a direct way to push task results to the Huawei Today page. Through the hiboard_push and hiboard_verify tools, developers can conveniently implement visual task status notifications. For more details, refer to the GitHub repository.
