About this skill

Problem

When a relationship conflict repeats, a quick opinion often stays at who is right. This skill treats chat records as structured input and asks for a more reviewable reading of the pattern: key relational dynamics, emotional signals, and behavioral cues.

How it works

A host selects 3–5 consultants from eight named therapy traditions, including psychoanalysis, analytical psychology, individual psychology, humanistic therapy, cognitive therapy, logotherapy, family therapy, and existential therapy. The process moves through staged phases: Phase 0 extracts a profile, core complaint, relational map, emotional baseline, and usable excerpts; Phase 1 chooses a fitting panel; later phases let each consultant speak from their own framework, then the host pushes natural tensions into debate and synthesizes an integrated report.

The output includes an overall picture, top findings, a relational dynamics map, and practical actions. It also tracks session state locally, and the skill defines special responses for high-risk signals such as suicidal ideation, trauma symptoms, severe personality-related red flags, child protection concerns, or psychotic experiences.

Limits

Use it with readable chat text such as JSON, Markdown, or TXT. It is not a diagnosis, replacement for psychiatric evaluation, emergency intervention, or ongoing clinical therapy.

Use Cases

  • After repeated partner conflicts, convert WeChat exports to JSON and analyze communication stances, cognitive assumptions, and relational dynamics.
  • When parent-child conflict logs are hard to review, extract key events, emotional baselines, and consultant judgments.
  • When workplace collaboration text is stuck, identify automatic thoughts, interpersonal anxiety, and actionable communication moves.
  • With a TXT chat sample, generate a relational map, top findings, and this week's practical actions.

Best For

  • Partners in repeated relationship standoffs who want chat records turned into structured analysis.
  • Parents with ongoing parent-child communication conflicts who need stance and emotional baseline review.
  • Customer support or community ops leads who repeatedly handle user conflicts and need dialogue summaries with actions.
  • Individuals who want to compare psychoanalytic, CBT, and other perspectives for personal self-review.
