About this skill
Problem it solves
For recurring financial research tasks such as credit assessment, SAA/TAA allocation, stock and fund commentary, macro data interpretation, futures sentiment scoring, and report generation, wind sends natural-language questions to the Wind Alice Agent. It reduces manual switching between database lookup, research-note search, modeling, and formatting. It is best for structured conclusions with downloadable artifacts, not casual chat.
How it works
The main flow is: the host Agent keeps the user's original wording and submits it via --prompt; the CLI handles server-side task scheduling, polling, de-duplication, attachment download, and local files. It treats ALICE_FINANCIAL_COPILOT_DONE as the completion signal. The Agent then delivers agentResult.value from stdout verbatim and reports full paths when reportFullFile= or attachmentFile= appears. Capabilities include six-dimension credit analysis, strategic and tactical allocation, stock/fund/earnings commentary, macro indicator review, index backtesting, TAM/SAM estimates, and Word, PPT, Excel, or PDF outputs.
Boundaries and notes
A WIND_API_KEY is required, and analyses usually take 2-15 minutes, so polling heartbeats or file timestamps are not completion. Duplicate, similar, concurrent, or permission-related cases should follow exit codes and user confirmation; do not retry with reworded prompts or scan local directories for guesses. Attachments are for local review only and should not be loaded into the answer.
Use Cases
- A researcher converts the latest CPI and financing data into a structured macro weekly note.
- A credit analyst evaluates a municipal or real-estate issuer and produces a default-probability view.
- An allocation advisor builds a stable-investor SAA benchmark and derives target weights.
- A research analyst turns stock, fund, or earnings analysis into Word, PPT, or Excel artifacts.
Best For
- A credit analyst who needs a quick six-dimension issuer profile and PD view.
- A buy-side or sell-side researcher who needs stock, fund, and earnings commentary.
- An allocation advisor who needs SAA or TAA weights and rebalancing guidance.
- A finance writer who needs to turn analysis into reports, slides, or Excel files.
