About this skill

Problem

Energy and power procurement data is spread across announcements, making it slow to answer questions such as who is buying, which suppliers win, what models appear, and how a company competes. This skill targets teams that use power bidding data for competitive analysis and opportunity tracking, turning search, company profiling, and market aggregation into one interface-driven workflow.

How It Works

It wraps tools such as search_bids, get_company_profile, find_competitors, get_top_suppliers, and get_price_trends around three task groups:
- Bid search: use keywords, region, amount, time, and match_modes to target fields; for example, caller finds procurers, winner finds winning suppliers, and tender finds bidders.
- Company analysis: resolve company names to related entities, then inspect business registration, core keywords, customers, suppliers, and competitors.
- Market statistics: aggregate top purchasers, top winning suppliers, brands and models, and historical unit prices to judge procurement concentration and price movement.

The key step is translating business questions into query fields, then using keywords, keyword_groups, and exclude_keywords to express inclusion, AND logic, and exclusion. Results can also be filtered by bid_process stages such as procurement intent, tender, award, and contract.

Boundaries

The skill depends on ZLBX_API_KEY or local configuration and is best for objective bidding-data analysis. Policy interpretation, company strategy, and industrial-chain research should be supplemented with public web sources. If results are thin, adjust match_modes, time windows, or keyword grouping instead of treating search matches as final business conclusions.

Use Cases

  • A pre-sales team filters server or switch tenders by province, intent, and amount to build a follow-up account list.
  • A market analyst compiles one-year unit prices and top winning suppliers for a brand model into a price and share report.
  • A sales person reviews a company's bids, awards, partners, and competitors before drafting a customer-specific bidding strategy.
  • A procurement analyst uses keyword groups and exclusions to remove maintenance or consumable noise and find product notices.

Best For

  • Sales business staff at power equipment suppliers: need to track target customers' tenders and past bids before bidding.
  • Energy market analysts: need to aggregate top purchasers, winning brands, and models for regional and price trend reports.
  • Competitive intelligence or sales support staff: need to profile a company's customers, suppliers, keywords, and competing bidders.
  • Procurement researchers or data operations staff: need to filter actionable opportunities from bidding notices using keyword groups and exclusions.
