About this skill

Problem

When researching Xiaohongshu notes, the blocker is rarely a lack of source material; it is turning visible notes into reusable patterns: which titles work, how the body progresses, which comments signal real intent, and what follow-up angles exist. Note Analysis Studio focuses on one category or one note and turns pasted content, public note reads, or an optional category lookup into a research memo.

How it works

It normalizes input into an analyzable set:
- Pasted notes: analyzed without remote queries.
- Category or public link: optional paid lookup for the note and first-level comments.
- Fixed memo blocks: title patterns, structure, quoted comments, and follow-up angles; an optional draft stays in research mode.

The workflow collects source-labeled material, reads titles, structure, and comments, then writes the memo. If a lookup runs, it first confirms the operation, credit price, and paid page count (one page per lookup), and reports task_id, final state, and billing.net_charged_credits. Retrieved values are marked “retrieved” with dates, user-provided values remain “user-provided”, and missing data is not estimated.

Boundaries

It is not a content production kit and does not perform full account diagnosis. Without a query, it does not invent titles or comments; changed lookup parameters are treated as new paid work.

Use Cases

  • A product operator preparing a launch needs to break down a comparable high-performing note’s title, body structure, and comment themes to extract follow-up angles.
  • An editor receives a pasted Xiaohongshu note and asks for a memo based only on the source text: title patterns, structure, quoted comments, and possible directions.
  • A market lead needs a category-level view of recent writing styles and confirms a paid lookup before reading one page of notes and first-level comments into a memo.
  • A content strategist wants to extract user language from competitor comments and identify product messaging opportunities while preserving source labels.

Best For

  • Xiaohongshu content operators who need to evaluate which titles and comment signals are worth following each week.
  • Content strategists who need to break down a single note’s structure, quoted comments, and usable angles without producing a final post.
  • Brand marketing staff preparing a launch who need to review competitor note messaging, comment demand, and differentiable follow-up angles.
  • Content researchers who need public lookups and pasted material labeled with sources so the memo remains reviewable.
