About this skill

Problem

B2B foreign-trade lead development often gets stuck in three places: generic Google searches return low-quality leads; official sites, LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and email information are scattered; and outreach emails, quotes, and follow-up lack a consistent process. This skill organizes company discovery, contact mining, and outreach drafting into a reusable workflow for engineers and operations.

How It Works

  • Search discovery: It follows discovery → scoring → contact mining → email validation → tailored outreach → quote follow-up. Phase 1 uses site:, filetype:pdf, intitle:, inurl:contact, OR, country TLDs, and procurement-role terms to identify target companies from official sites, tenders, trade shows, industry directories, and competitor customers.
  • Contact mining: Phase 2 converts company names into due-diligence profiles, including annual reports, catalogs, certificates, org charts, trade records, and negative signals, then uses LinkedIn /in/ profiles, email-domain inference, and buyer keywords to locate contacts.
  • Outreach and follow-up: Phase 3 outputs P7 development emails, EDM re-engagement, WhatsApp messages, quote strategy, and tiered scripts by customer size, then applies a pre-send checklist.

Limits

It fits foreign-trade lead development with a clear product, industry, and target market, and is useful for search templates, contact organization, and outreach drafts. It does not replace a CRM, email service provider, customs database, or legal compliance review. Operators such as site: and filetype: may behave differently across search engines, and email validation does not guarantee deliverability. Results depend on industry keywords, website completeness, and local-language coverage.

Use Cases

  • Before entering a non-English market, draft local product terms, buyer roles, and country-domain queries.
  • Given an unknown company name, gather its official site, reports, careers page, and LinkedIn decision makers.
  • Turn B2B platform inquiry leads into an email list with validation confidence scores.
  • Write a second development email for unresponsive EDM leads and adjust quote and follow-up language.

Best For

  • Foreign-trade sales reps who need to convert scattered search results into actionable leads.
  • Operations analysts who need to validate companies using official sites, associations, and job posts.
  • Cross-border e-commerce teams who need first-touch outreach emails tailored by customer size.
  • Sales assistants who need to log contact email formats, job titles, and confidence scores.
