About this skill

Problem it addresses

HR intelligence is scattered across consulting reports, enterprise practices, industry news, and failure case studies, making it hard to assemble a readable daily briefing consistently. HR Daily Report Generator produces a Chinese-language HR daily report saved as a self-contained HR日报_YYYYMMDD.html file.

How it works and limits

It searches sources in tiers: first McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, Mercer, WTW, then leading global and Chinese companies, then HR platforms, associations, and research. A deduplication step reads recent generated reports to avoid repeating the same consulting interpretation, company case, bad case, or insight unless there is new data, new conclusion, or a materially different angle. The report uses six sections: trends and insights, deep dive into HR modules or the three-pillar model, best practices, bad-case analysis, featured insight, and quotes. The output is a light-themed HTML page with card layout, stat cards, source citations, clickable links, and inline CSS. It is not intended for general news, a single JD or policy document, or financial/tech reports, and its content depends on live search results, so manual verification is still required.

Use Cases

  • Assemble Monday consulting updates and company HR trends into a shareable daily briefing.
  • Turn performance, rewards, or L&D research into frameworks, maturity notes, and action items.
  • Analyze an HR failure case with root causes, measurable consequences, and improvement suggestions.
  • Lay out trends, best practices, BadCase studies, and quotes in a light-themed HTML page.

Best For

  • HRBPs who need to deliver daily industry trends and insight briefs to HR leaders
  • L&D or OD practitioners who want to distill leading-company practices into usable methods
  • HRSSC teams that consolidate case studies, policy updates, and consulting data into team briefs
  • Recruiting or employer-branding teams tracking trends and examples for ongoing content
