About this skill

Problem

In group chats, card balance, deposits, and withdrawals often appear as casual natural language. Manual bookkeeping can miss or misrecord entries, and results are hard to keep consistent. This skill only responds to clear intents containing deposit, withdrawal, or balance, turning chat phrases into structured balance operations.

How it works

The skill maps user statements to three operations:

  • Deposit: records a deposit amount.
  • Withdrawal: records a withdraw amount.
  • Query: returns the current balance.

It normalizes the user identifier, action, and amount into structured parameters, with the amount expressed in units of ten thousand, then calls the backend script via exec and sends the script result back to the user.

Boundaries

It fits lightweight group accounting, balance checks, and simple deposit or withdrawal logging. It does not cover multi-user permissions, audit trails, invoice reimbursement, or complex finance rules. Do not trigger it when the user is only chatting or has no explicit accounting intent.

Use Cases

  • In a WeChat group, turn a message like "deposit 0.3 wan" into a card deposit record and reply with the result.
  • When a member asks for balance in group chat, query the current card balance and return the amount.
  • Recognize "withdraw 5 wan" as an outflow, call the backend script to record the withdrawal, and confirm.
  • When the group owner requests a user's card balance, trigger only a clear balance query and answer with the result.

Best For

  • Operations group owner who wants members to record card deposits, withdrawals, and balance via chat phrases.
  • Customer support lead who needs to convert balance or withdrawal requests in group chat into accounting actions.
  • Small-team finance assistant who logs card expenses and checks balance with group commands instead of manual logs.
  • WeChat community admin who wants automated replies when members clearly state deposit, withdrawal, or balance intent.
