About this skill
Problem Addressed
WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin use different content-review standards for similar copy. If operators or creators manually scan for sensitive terms before publishing, they can miss contextual prohibited expressions, absolute claims, or platform-specific promotional restrictions, increasing the risk of throttling, rejection, or removal. This skill checks multi-platform copy and returns detected terms, contextual replacement suggestions, and a revised draft that can be used directly.
How It Works
It accepts pasted text, txt files, image text extraction, or web-page content, and defaults to the Official Account rule set. Mentioning “Xiaohongshu” or “Douyin” switches to the corresponding platform dictionary. The output usually includes:
- Detection result: marks hit terms in the original text in bold, with the detected platform and term count.
- Replacement suggestions: a table listing each prohibited word, suggested replacement, and context-aware reason.
- Optimized copy: replaces risky terms with safer expressions, marking replacements in bold italic while preserving tone and layout.
Long content has explicit limits: up to 3000 characters is checked directly; 3000 to 10000 characters triggers batch options, splitting at natural boundaries and merging results; over 10000 characters stops and recommends manual batching. Image input extracts text only and does not analyze visual style or composition.
Boundaries
It is useful for pre-publish checks of Official Account articles, Xiaohongshu notes, Douyin scripts, and marketing landing pages, but it does not replace platform moderation or legal compliance review. Web detection depends on accessible pages and extractable text; strong anti-bot or login-gated pages may fail. Image text extraction depends on OCR quality, and complex layouts should be transcribed manually. The output notes that replacement suggestions are for reference and should be validated against business scope, product claims, and current platform rules.
Use Cases
- Official Account operators paste the full article before sending it to check high-risk advertising terms and get replacements.
- Xiaohongshu creators submit finished notes to detect absolute claims and restricted promotional language under Xiaohongshu rules.
- Douyin editors check voiceover scripts before filming or publishing to remove sensitive terms and obtain a safe replacement draft.
- Brand operators batch-check landing-page URLs to locate prohibited promotional phrases in the extracted page body.
Best For
- Official Account operations staff who need to screen long-form posts before publishing and replace high-risk terms quickly.
- Xiaohongshu creators who draft seeding notes and product descriptions and need to avoid absolute claims and rejected promotional wording.
- Douyin editors who review voiceover scripts and subtitle drafts and need safe phrasing suitable for short-video moderation.
- Brand operators who manage multi-platform landing pages and need to batch-check extracted page text for prohibited promotional language.
