About this skill

Problem

Chinese AI-generated text often feels sterile: polite openings, template transitions, and summary-style endings. The sentences may be correct and the facts may be accurate, but the text sounds like a report rather than a person speaking seriously. This skill targets tone, not grammar correction or factual judgment.

How It Works

It first makes a lightweight diagnosis, then rewrites by severity. Light cases only fix banned phrases, punctuation, and filler; medium cases break formulaic structures and trim connectives; heavy cases rewrite key passages and add oral anchors, concrete scenes, or one personal touch. The core constraint is to change how it is said, not what is said: data, conclusions, logic, and code blocks stay intact, and no new information is added. It also selects scene-specific priorities: customer support removes opening and closing pleasantries, product copy avoids vague stacked adjectives, and technical docs reduce vague qualifiers.

Boundaries

It fits customer support replies, product copy, data narration, technical explanations, and management emails. For objective reports, personalization should be restrained so neutral facts do not become subjective. Garbled text, pure symbols, empty input, and code-only input are not forced through rewriting.

Use Cases

  • Remove pleasantries and summary lines from customer-support replies, then rewrite them as direct, conversational answers.
  • Replace vague real-estate adjectives with concrete orientation, light, and transit facts while keeping contact info.
  • Rewrite data-analysis sentences by removing “steady improvement” and adding amounts, month-over-month change, and judgment.
  • Shorten vague qualifiers and formal transitions in technical docs while preserving code blocks, commands, and conclusions.

Best For

  • Customer-support ops: rewrite auto-replies to be direct, removing pleasantries and summary endings.
  • Content copywriters: turn vague property or product benefits into concrete scenes, facts, and data.
  • Engineering writers: make technical posts sound natural while keeping code blocks and conclusions intact.
  • Product managers: remove bureaucratic email tone and replace vague commitments with clear actions.
