After offline salons, industry conferences, or closed-door sessions, materials often end up scattered across phone recordings, PPT screenshots, and short videos. Engineers or content creators must manually transcribe audio, extract key points, restructure notes, and rewrite titles and layouts for platforms such as WeChat, Zhihu, and Xiaohongshu. The process is repetitive and can miss speaker insights or audience interactions.

How It Works

Event Recorder Pro organizes the workflow around on-site capture, material organization, and multi-platform output. It starts with an event profile: name, time, location, guest information, and topic, then suggests recording, photo, and video naming conventions. After the event, it can process uploaded audio, image, and video materials, generate 1–5 topic titles in different styles, such as numeric pain points, guest authority, suspense value, quotable lines, and scene resonance. After selecting a title, it produces structured article content and applies preset styles like Qiuye Dashu, Newrank, or Liu Run, or learns a target account’s layout from screenshots, links, or pasted text, including color, structure, visual elements, and tone. It can also configure local platform credentials, create drafts, and publish to WeChat, Zhihu, Toutiao, and other platforms via APIs.

Boundaries

This skill is best suited for events where guest consent and material usage are confirmed. API publishing depends on configured platform credentials; Xiaohongshu may require manual publishing or Cookie/Token support. Although the documentation states local processing of audio, images, and videos, teams should still verify model call paths, saved directories, and secret permissions. Batch processing, series tracking, and scheduled publishing are advanced features that rely on a stable outputs directory structure and saved event archives.
