About this skill

Problem

Meeting minutes often arrive as dense text: decisions are buried under action items, and absent participants can't quickly tell what was decided, how reliable the evidence is, or who owns the follow-up. Forwarding a wall of text is not ideal for project docs or retrospectives.

How It Works

The skill compresses meeting material into a single fixed-layout SVG infographic. It works in two stages: cognitive distillation extracts the single core decision, action items, conflicts, efficiency signals, and open risks while separating facts from claims; visualization then fills a meeting-specific template and outputs a previewable .svg file. Key steps include:
- Distill: extract key points from minutes or structured inputs, annotate confidence, and avoid treating rumors or inferences as confirmed facts.
- Visualize: use a fixed layout and five palettes; the core decision gets the largest type, action items show owner and deadline, and conflicts appear as a two-column comparison.
- Self-check: verify overflow, layout overlaps, evidence anchors, font stack, and confidence legend; regress to template filling if any check fails.

Boundaries and Notes

It depends on minutes, transcripts, or structured meeting inputs; oral recollection alone is not sufficient. For a single meeting, keep input around 5,000 characters or split longer meetings by topic; complex output is focused on the top five points. The infographic is optimized for readable offline Chinese rendering, but it does not invent facts missing from the source.

Use Cases

  • After a Tencent Meeting, turn smart minutes into a shareable SVG infographic showing decisions, actions, and conflicts.
  • Before a retro, split a 90-minute roadmap review by topic and highlight decisions and owners for each agenda item.
  • After a tech review, generate one dark-neon styled image with the core conclusion, open risks, and meeting metadata.
  • Brief absent teammates with a distilled image that includes a confidence legend, source anchor, and deadlines.

Best For

  • Project coordinators who use Tencent Meeting and need to sync smart minutes to absent participants quickly.
  • Engineering leads who maintain tech review materials and need retrospectives that surface decisions and open risks.
  • Product managers or operations owners who regularly turn meeting minutes into shareable visual updates.
  • Team members who need action items, owners, and deadlines in a consistent visual layout.
