Pet Vaccine Record Wallet

Problem

Pet vaccine proof is often scattered across clinic PDFs, screenshots, certificates, and forms, with inconsistent fields and missing dates, pet names, or clinic details. The task is to turn that evidence into a portable wallet summary that can be reviewed and shared, not to ask a model to infer whether a vaccine is valid or whether another dose is needed.

How it works

The skill treats records as administrative proof rather than medical advice:
- Extracts original fields such as Pet name, Species, Clinic, Vaccine, Date given, and Due date.
- Generates a wallet card, vaccine proof summary, Rabies Certificate details, and a Document Index.
- Builds a Renewal Tracker only from printed expiration dates, marking absent dates as Not shown on record.
- If the user supplies boarding, travel, licensing, or housing requirements, it checks whether the proof matches the stated requirements and lists follow-up questions.

Boundaries

It does not recommend vaccines, diagnose conditions, assess adverse reactions, or promise that any facility will accept the record. Medical questions should be directed to a licensed veterinarian; urgent symptoms should be escalated to a veterinary clinic or emergency animal hospital.
