Problem

AI HOT daily briefs are often only available as API payloads. When teams forward them, they lose a consistent visual layout, Chinese summaries, and readable context. Paper titles and abstracts are usually English, which adds friction for morning-report readers. This skill is for engineers and content editors who need a self-contained, shareable daily briefing, especially when combining English papers and industry updates into a Chinese report.

How it works

• Fetch the current report from /api/public/daily, with fallback logic when today's report is missing.
• Enrich missing publishedAt values using /api/public/items instead of inventing timestamps.
• Pull papers from HuggingFace Daily Papers, with arXiv or Papers With Code as backups.
• Translate titles, abstracts, and paper metadata into Chinese, then generate industry / stock / indie developer insights in 50–150 characters.
• Keep six sections in a fixed order and assign continuous globalNo values so cards, popovers, and checks use the same index.
• Inline CSS/JS into ai-daily-YYYY-MM-DD.html, avoid external assets, and link original articles with target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer".

Boundaries

It depends on AI HOT, HuggingFace, and other external APIs, and requires an LLM for translation and analysis. API throttling, missing dates, or poor matches may trigger fallbacks or leave timestamps blank. Analysis fields are length-checked and rewritten when limits are exceeded; uncertain items keep a no-clear-impact statement. The output is for internal briefing use, not real-time market data or investment advice.
