About this skill

Problem Solved

A business plan often reads like a pile of disconnected pages: market, team, and financing are each given a section, but the document lacks a clear thread. Investors usually decide in minutes whether a project deserves a meeting, so the goal is not length. It is to express value in one sentence, support the logic in about ten pages, and answer follow-up questions in a pitch. This skill targets startup fundraising and helps turn scattered materials into a usable BP draft, a diagnostic report, and a pitch script.

How It Works

The skill first identifies the user’s intent, then runs one of three flows:

  • Framework scaffolding: It asks five core questions and outputs a draft across seven modules: mission, industry context, market analysis, team, financing, summary, and pitch storyline.
  • BP diagnosis: For an uploaded business plan, it reviews structure, pain point, market, team, financing, and exit path, then provides revision suggestions.
  • Pitch coaching: It produces a ten-step storyline, high-frequency investor questions, and an emotional arc, turning slide content into a spoken script.

Scope and Limits

It is best suited to early-stage ventures that need funding, especially in health, consumer, enterprise services, AI, and education. Output depends on the user’s industry, data, team, and financing details. If key data is missing, the skill can only offer assumptions and follow-up questions, not due-diligence evidence. Mature financial statements or compliance disclosures still require finance and legal review.

Use Cases

  • Startup teams preparing an A-round BP can fill in mission, market, and financing.
  • After investor feedback, diagnose a BP's structure, pain point, and exit path.
  • Before a pitch, generate a ten-step storyline and high-frequency investor questions.
  • Craft a business-card mission using who, how, problem, and value.

Best For

  • Founders preparing a fundraising BP need a fillable seven-module framework.
  • Startup leads pitching to investors need a storyline and Q&A prep.
  • Consultants or startup advisors need to review a client BP and suggest fixes.
  • Ops or strategy staff writing a mission need a business-card one-liner.
