Problem
Transcripts, handwritten notes, and fragmented discussions often mix decisions, to-dos, and risks. Simple polishing can miss implicit commitments like “let me check” or force unclear wording into false certainty.
How It Works
The skill pre-processes input by type, removes filler and repairs fragments while preserving original context:
- Topic grouping: groups scattered remarks into topics and extracts summaries, decisions, and open issues.
- To-do extraction: separates explicit assignments from implicit commitments such as “send it to me” or “schedule next week”.
- Uncertainty marking: flags unclear, missing, or inferred details with 🌀 or notes.
- Risk detection: surfaces disagreements, blockers, timeline pressure, and information gaps.
Boundaries
It produces a traceable meeting minutes draft, not a factual rewrite. Sensitive content is retained, but distribution still requires human review. Confirm attendees, owners, and deadlines before final use.
