About this skill

What Problem It Solves

WeChat official account operations often rely on subjective judgment: whether reading trends, fan interaction, content quality, and update stability are healthy is hard to measure with a consistent standard. Competitors and candidate accounts also lack comparable data definitions. This skill turns account diagnosis into a multi-dimensional scoring workflow, helping account owners, operators, MCNs, and brands identify weak areas before deciding on content direction.

How It Works

It fetches account performance data through the Redfox API instead of inferring results from surface-level page information. The core flow usually includes querying an account by name or gh_xxxxxxxx ID, pulling recent post data, scoring four dimensions — content health, user activity, core data performance, and operational compliance — and then producing an S/A/B/C/D/E rating, industry benchmarking, similar accounts, and prioritized optimization advice. The report is constrained to a fixed template: account information, overall score, recent post data, optimization advice, and industry benchmark analysis, which makes repeated checks and side-by-side account comparisons easier to read.

Boundaries and Caveats

This skill fits operational diagnosis for accounts with stable data sources and clear names. It is not intended for real-time trend monitoring, guaranteed growth outcomes, or detailed creative evaluation of individual posts. Data freshness depends on Redfox API caching behavior. If the account name is incorrect, not yet indexed, or lacks recent posts, the lookup may fail or return incomplete results. Diagnostic conclusions should be interpreted alongside platform rules and account positioning, and expected impact estimates are best treated as directional guidance rather than the sole basis for business decisions.

Use Cases

  • Account owners review monthly performance and use four-dimension scores to find content or update weaknesses.
  • Operators compare competitor accounts and use industry benchmarks plus similar accounts to identify gaps.
  • MCNs evaluate candidate accounts by comparing overall scores and recent post data side by side.
  • Brand teams plan content strategy by adjusting topics and cadence based on flagged optimization areas.

Best For

  • Account owners who need to diagnose account health and prioritize fixes
  • Media operators comparing competitor performance to shape differentiated content
  • MCN editors evaluating candidate accounts to support signing decisions
  • Brand teams planning content direction and cadence based on account weaknesses
