About this skill

Problem

Industry analysis, track research, and competitor benchmarking often end up scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and decks, making dense information hard to scan. This skill turns a research topic into a set of standalone HTML pages connected by a table-of-contents page, which works well for internal sharing, reporting, and track research.

How It Works

  • It first confirms the industry topic, analysis dimensions, data-source requirements, and audience, then collects market size, industry chain, competitor, and customer-profile material.
  • It organizes content with a default 8-chapter template: industry insight, track trends, multi-perspective interpretation, tool/technology landscape, customer profiling, cost/ROI, competitive benchmarking, and customer list/action map.
  • Each chapter is generated as an independent HTML file using inline CSS, Chart.js via CDN, cards, tables, timelines, and pyramid layouts. It avoids iframes and screenshots, and the mobile breakpoint must be checked.
  • It validates links, chart rendering, source annotations, file size, and a consistent light theme before delivering all pages.

Boundaries

It suits structured, visual HTML reports that can load a CDN when opened. It is not ideal for offline demos, complex backend interactions, or high-accuracy data claims without verifiable sources. Financial charts should follow the red-up, green-down convention, and Chart.js plugins such as annotation must be loaded separately.

Use Cases

  • Preparing a management briefing on an AI-application track, compile market size, competitors, and customer profiles into navigable HTML pages.
  • Building internal SaaS training material, output ARR/NRR, paid-conversion funnel, and competitor benchmarking as multi-page HTML.
  • Researching fintech licensing, turn compliance, risk controls, and customer touchpoints into chart-backed pages.
  • Presenting industry trends to customers, deliver a standalone table-of-contents page plus eight analysis chapters.

Best For

  • Track researchers who need industry data, competitors, and trends organized into report-ready visuals.
  • Product managers preparing internal sharing who need an interactive HTML industry-insight deck rather than slides.
  • Sales/BD owners who need customer profiling, competitive benchmarking, and an action map structured for sharing.
  • AI/SaaS founders researching the market who need tool landscapes, cost/ROI, and customer lists presented as pages.
